Rates
Depending upon your circumstances, I do provide a sliding fee scale for clients. 

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation for any reason requires 24 hour notice by calling 651-795-9777 or emailing [email protected], or a $50 fee will be charged.  Insurance cannot be used to cover this charge.  As it is your responsibility to attend scheduled sessions, we reserve the right to terminate therapy services if three appointments are missed due to late cancellation or no show.
